Elysera is for personal reflection. Don't use it to harass, threaten, or harm others, to upload content that isn't yours to share, or to attempt to disrupt the service or other users.

You're responsible for keeping your account secure. You must be at least 16 years old (or the digital consent age in your country) to use Elysera. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Dream Energy is added to your balance on each successful renewal and can also be purchased as one-time packs. Energy does not expire while your account is active.

If something goes wrong — a failed generation, a charge you don't recognize, or a subscription you intended to cancel — email support@elysera.app within 14 days and we will review it case by case.

Elysera is not a medical, psychological, or therapeutic service. The reflections, symbols, and insights it generates are intended for personal, creative exploration. They are not a diagnosis, treatment, or substitute for professional care. If you are struggling, please reach out to a qualified professional or local emergency services.

Your dreams, journal entries, and reflections belong to you. We process them only to provide the service. If you choose to make a dream public, it becomes visible at a shareable URL until you make it private again.

We may update these terms as Elysera evolves. Material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
